LDMS 9.6 Service pack 2 - provisionning error - Agent deployement

Hi All,

I recently installed a SP2 on Landesk 9.6 version.

when I tried to provisionning OS i have an error when the task deploy this agents to workstations

I obtained an error code 1163 in landesk consol. And impossible to find a log in the workstation

on the workstation we find a part of landesk : c:\program files (x86)\landesk\sharedfiles

in the windows log, the service "landesk management agent" is installed, and the cba8inst.msi is installed.

but the installation was not completed and the provisionning was stop

Any ideas ?
