Provisioning Task failing after try 40 of 40

I have a strange problem with LanDesk 9 Sp2. I can download provisioning template in one side of the floor. If I try to download LanDesk  provisioning template on other side of the floor, I am getting this message "Provisioning Task failing after try 40 of 40". I am using the same ID and password. Both sides are using same PXE Rep. and same subnet mask. Any idea? But when I use my administrative account, this works. This problem only for regular LanDesk accounts.
