9.5 OSD SYSPREP ISSUE

I Encountered an error When use  OSD of 9.5

System image  is win7 , through the Sysprep forpackage，

Deployment when face the following error：

"Windows encountered an internal error setup is loading or search no answer file"

But when I use the same image packets are deployed on 9.0sp3 is successful.
