Problem

The message "No BitLocker recovery options available" is shown on a computer after rebooting from the Vboot action in a provisioning template.

Cause

The Vboot action performs a BCDEdit to have the computer boot from the boot.wim file downloaded from the core.

Bitlocker in conjunction with TPM is specifically designed to prevent BIOS level threats to the Hard Drive and is working as expected when stopping Vboot

Solution

Before setting BCDEdit options you need to disable or suspend BitLocker and Secure Boot on the computer.
