ImageW v2 and Additional Partitions

Currently running 9.6 and attempting to do the following:

Deploy Windows 7 64 bit image with a single partition and also create 2 additional partitions (1 for recovery, and 1 for encryption).

Currently Work flow is as follows:

Create Recovery Partition - R:

Create Encryption Partition - : E

Deploy Image - C:

My problem is that by default the command line uses  /r /o /x /d:0 /rb:0 /f "image path". When I deploy the image with those parameters, and the OS loads, my R and E partitions do not exist.

I've attempted to change the /d:0 - to be /d:0@3 (any number fails here), /d0:03 (again, any number fails here) and I've even tried where it was just two partitions C + either R or E, but nothing seems to work. I always get an error about the partition not being correct. I've contacted support and got "well that should work, will have to check and get back to you".

The only way the image will deploy is with /d:0 but again, it deletes any partitions i've called before it.
