Map Preferred Server

Hi

I am using LANDesk Management Suite 9.5 and we do OSD. We have a problem with the template action "Map drive to preferred server". I don't know if our configuration of the action is wrong because the client fails always at this step. I uploaded a screenshot in the attachement.
