Can you add another Preferred Server for HII?

I want to move the drivers from the Core server to a Desktop computer on the local LAN. Our Core server is hosted by another company, so I want to see if having the drivers on the local LAN will speed up the HII.

But it's telling me the Drivers need to be on a Preferred server and I cannot build a new library for the Drivers on the Desktop. Can I add more Preferred servers for this to work right?
