LANDesk Agent Install step fails while OS Provisioning

I couldnt get the agent to install during the OS provisioning , it fails at confighandler.exe step.

I looked at the logs and it says as below,

2015-04-23 16:25:41(3408-5004) ConfigHandler.exe:config tool \\Core\ldlogon\wscfg32.exe was not found.

I am have added the Preferred server and I tested the credentials for UNC and it was successful.

What to do fix this issue?
